It is. The sum of one transfer should not exceed 150 EUR, the sum of transfers of month should not exceed 3000 EUR.

» Whether really system e-LS is cheaper, than other systems?
Yes. For comparison it is possible to compare tariffs of system e-LS (on a site www.e-ls.lv , section "Tariffs") and tariffs of other systems.

» What expenses of the buyer for connection to system e-LS?
Registration of the buyer in system e-LS is made free of charge.

» How money will get on the account of the e-LS?
On the account in system e-LS money is possible to list: by bank transfer, through the Internet-bank, by means of a payment card.

» What is the price for redeeming money from system e-LS?
Redeeming of electronic money from system e-LS is 0.75% (minimum 1.80 EUR (if sum is less than 3000 EUR) or free of charge if sum is more than 3000 EUR.

» Where it is possible to pay off with ecash?
In any the Internet-shop where the trade mark of system e-LS is placed.

» Whether can I take away (to deduce) the money from system e-LS?
Users of e-LS can deduce means (to realize ecash) in other systems (banks, systems of ecash)only into the accounts registered on their own name: for legal body – the name of the company; for physical persons – the name, the surname.

e-LS is system which carries out payments between the buyer and the merchant. All mutual disputes on quality of the goods or service, the buyer and the merchant solve among themselves.
